CBCWholesale LLC runs a wholesale cash-and-carry floor for independent grocers, cafes, delis and convenience retailers. Send the details of your store and the desk will set up a trading window, prepare an opening or standing pack, and answer any question about a line before you wheel your first cage to the register.

Account windows
Opening-order windows for new independent stores are booked ahead of each weekly restock run. Email or phone the desk to reserve a window and your first cage is pulled and caged in advance.
The cash desk answers the phone throughout trading hours. If the aisle is busy, leave a message with your store name and the desk calls back the same session.

Three questions stores ask before they wheel the first cage
You need a trading credit application that confirms your store name, trading address and tax details so the desk can issue a paper trade ticket and, where agreed, a credit line. There is no standing minimum order. A single case placed on a first visit is a valid start, and many stores open with a store opening pack or a walk-up cage of fast movers. Larger volume unlocks tier pricing but never forces volume on a buyer who wants a light start.
Every cold chain case carries a temperature log prepared at the packer and handed over when the case clears the dock. The log travels with your order and is yours to retain for your own compliance and audit records. A store under inspection can present the same discipline the floor applies to its own frozen door, which is why the cold chain answer is always a recorded answer rather than a verbal one.
Yes. Cash and carry means the store wheels the load out the same day wherever the stock is on the floor. Standing packs and opening packs are pulled ahead of a booked window so they are caged and waiting at the desk. For a walk-up order the floor picks to your cage and rolls it forward, normally within the same session, and the register settles the ticket at the point of pickup.
